Arledan began acquiring assets in Germany in 2007, and took advantage of the country’s relative economic strength and the stability of its real estate market. The group currently owns eleven properties in various locations, including logistical centers, offices and residential accommodations.

30 Sold in 2014 Am Bach 11, Bielfeld The property was acquired in 2010, and is located in the center of the city of Bielefeld, one of the 20 largest cities in Germany. The rentable area is approximately 3,500 square meters. The property is entirely rented to six tenants, and is primarily offices, with some residential and commercial use. Among its advantages, the property enjoys ample parking, including an underground garage for the use of the tenants. The property was sold in 2014.
29 Fridrichstrasse 163- 165 + Breslauerstrasse 2-4, Ludwigsburg The property, which was purchased in 2008, is located in the city of Ludwigsburg, approximately 15 minutes from Stuttgart. The rentable area is about 4,000 square meters. 80% of the property is rented out to eleven tenants for offices and clinics, as well as commercial use on the ground floor. The balance of the leases range from 2-7 years. As part of the development of the property, solar panels have been installed on the roof for the generation of electricity, which is sold to the local electric company in the framework of a long-term agreement, and the consideration is added to the revenues from the property.

27 Stormanstrasse 34-36, Norderstedt The property, which was purchased in 2009, is located in the industrial area of the city of Norderstadt, approximately 15 minutes north of Hamburg. The rentable area is approximately 2,000 square metres. In the past, the property served as a manufacturing plant for print, and it is now rented out to an NGO controlled by the local municipality. The lease is for five years, terminating in early 2019, and is used for the sale of second-hand items for the benefit of the local residents.
26 Otto-Brenner-Strasse 32, Dueren The property, which was purchased in 2009, is located in the industrial area of the city of Dueren, approximately half an hour from Cologne and in close proximity to the borders with Belgium and Holland. The rentable area is approximately 3,000 square meters. The property is rented out to one tenant, for its offices and manufacturing facility in the field of print. In 2014 the tenant changed owners and the lease was renewed. The lease will expire in mid 2021.
25 Theodor-Schmidt-Strasse 29, Bayreuth The property was purchased in 2008, and is used primarily for offices and storage. The rentable area is approximately 4,000 square meters. The primary tenant is an international company that manufactures and sells electronic equipment, and which rents about a third of the property, and whose lease is set to run until mid 2018. There are three other tenants, as well. As part of the development of the property, solar panels have been installed on the roof for the generation of electricity, which is sold to the local electric company in the framework of a long-term agreement, and the consideration is added to the revenues from the property.
24 Donaustrasse 77, Nuerenberg The property was purchased in 2008, and is rented for both commercial and office usage. The rentable area is about 4,000 square meters. The sole tenant is an international company that manufacturers and sells electronic equipment, which displays and sells its products in the property, as well as housing its offices in the property. The current lease runs through the end of 2020. 13 Am busch 41, Emmerich The property consists of 75 apartments for rent, ranging from 50-90 square meters. The total rentable area is about 5,000 square meters. It was purchased in 2007, and is in an area characterized by high demand for residential apartments, thus enjoying full occupancy. The property is located in the city of Emmerich, on the banks of the Rein. The property was recently renovated, which improved both its internal and external appearance.
08 Allmendstrasse 12-14, Voehringen The property was purchased in 2008, and serves primarily as a logistics center and office complex for an international heavy machinery manufacturer. The total rentable area is about 4,000 square meters. It is 75% occupied, and the lease with the primary tenant is in effect through the middle of 2015. The geographical proximity of the property to Switzerland makes it attractive to firms active in both countries.
