Yaron Zakhyem
Director
Yaron Zakhyem serves as the CEO of Rafa Laboratories Ltd., a Jerusalem-based manufacturer and marketer of pharmaceuticals in Israel and abroad, which employs over 230 people in Israel. Yaron is an accountant by training, and served in the past as Arledan's CFO. In addition, Yaron serves as a director in Diet Watch Ltd. and is a member of the board of  the College of Engineering and MATI Buisness development Center in Jerusalem.

Amir Levin
Director
Amir Levin has served as the Chairman of the Board of Rafa Laboratories Ltd. since 2007, and during the previous four years was the manager of Rafa's manufacturing plant. Amir also serves as the Chairman of the Har-Hotzvim Administration in Jerusalem. Amir has an undergraduate degree in business administration and history from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration in the Ramat Gan College.

Yael Horowitz
Director
Yael Horowitz is an urban planner. She received a BA in geography and a Masters in Urban and Regional Studies, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Among her other positions, Yael worked in the Urban Planning Branch of the Jerusalem Municipality, in the Jerusalem District Planning Office of the Ministry of the Interior, and in the private architecture firm of Ronel. She is currently retired and also volunteers at the Center for Protection of the Individual.

Micha Levin
Director
Professor Michael (Micha) Levin is an art and modern and contemporary architecture historian and serves as the head of the research authority at the Azrieli Faculty of Design at Shenkar college, established the multi-disciplinary department of art at the Shenkar College, and is the head of culture studies in the Faculty of Design. In the past he was a lecturer in the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Construction at the Technion, and co-head of graduate studies in architecture with a specialty in preservation. Micha served as an art  consultant to the mayors of both Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, head curator and administrator of the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, member of the board of the WIZO Academic Center in Haifa, and as a member of the boards of Shenkar College and the Dvir Publishing House. Micha is an alumnus of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and holds a Masters degree from Princeton and a doctorate from the Courtauld Institute at the University of London. He is also an officer of the Order of Culture of the French government.

Asher Reshef
Chairman of the Board
The founder and Chairman of the Board of the Company, Asher Reshef has led the company since he founded it in 1971.  Asher obtained his law degree at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and established a law firm with his wife, the late Chava Reshef, which the two ran as partners for decades. Asher has managed various businesses for over fifty years, and is a director in other companies, such as the Keter Publishing House. Until recently, he served as the Chairman of the Board of Telsys, and remains a director there. Before studying law he was the secretary of the administration of the Hebrew University, and was a trustee of the university for many years. Asher Reshef has also been awarded the honor of being a Notable of the City of Jerusalem.
