AVI TOEG

Avi joined Arledan in August 2025. He is based in London and is part of the local team leading Arledan’s business there.

Before joining Arledan, Avi served as a senior attorney at the Israeli Ministry of Justice, representing the State of Israel in high-profile administrative, constitutional, and zoning and planning litigation, before the Israeli Supreme Court. Avi served as Attorney in the Legal Department of the Ministry of Finance, representing the State in different commercial and financial disputes, providing legal advice for tenders issued by the Accountant General, advising on infrastructure budgeting, and participating in negotiations to formulate international agreements aimed at encouraging capital investments.

Avi holds a Master’s degree in Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Tel Aviv University, as well as academic degrees in Philosophy and in History.
